My age: 28 Metabolic age: 28 (was 36 a year back) My trainer’s age: 28 His metabolic age? 17! Why? Much higher muscle mass and lower body fat. What does this mean? Higher BMR. My BMR: 1379 His BMR? ~ 1800 Want to reduce metabolic age? Get muscle building ASAP. What’s yours?
