We're looking for surgical trainees, trainers, junior & senior representatives from @NHS_HealthEdEng/ASGBI/JCST/Faculty of Surgical Trainers/The Royal College of Surgeons of England /The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh/Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow & any stakeholder in trainee well-being to join us in this Delphi study.
