Reflecting on my first political conference experience today. Had a great time and interesting discussions at #plaid24 made all the better by having great company from Natasha Wynne Tomos Evans and @Jonantz and all those they introduced me to.

A fabulous time was had by all, at our Marie Curie Cymru #volunteersweek2024 thank you event today! Huge thanks to our MC nurses, the Mayor & Mayoress, and the CVSC who attended to give personal thanks for the amazing work our volunteers do to support our local services 💙💛

Senior nurse Cath had the pleasure of meeting Wales's oldest lady, Mary Keir, 112, today. Cath said: "We discussed many of her life stories and experiences, and also reviewed and wrote her statement of wishes - to ensure what's important to her is documented."
