7. My job has been predominantly desk based for the past 6 years, during covid I’ve been sat at a desk for 37 hours per week. Undoubtedly been a contributing factor to my injury.

8. You can imagine how great my 2021 has been trying to manage pain of long covid and then a back injury whilst having a severe allergy to most pain killers 🙃🥳

9. And finally, I’ve stated on Social Media previously I’d LOVE to fight Eftychia Kathopouli again, a woman who put me on my arse during our fight. I’m certainly not scared of fighting Shanny again.

10. P.S. My back really hurts.

So things got worse last weekend and my disk started to bulge, got weakness and foot drop in my left leg and weakness in my right hip 😒

Oh so injury’s do happen then… not nice is it when you have to pull out of a fight you’ve worked your whole life for!just be kind & polite cause just how this has proven these things do happen! 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️
