Activities that are hands on and get students out of their seats are great ways to take breaks while also continuing the learning in an engaging way! #IM421

It is important to keep personal/sensitive communications between teacher & student/parent private to the parties involved. If these communications get out to others it can be embarrassing and or harmful to the student/parents. #IM421

Student's struggles are important to keep private between those who need to be involved. As a future teacher I will make sure that students feel safe and comfortable expressing struggles with me. #IM421

It is important to not call out a student in front of the class, but rather to address the student privately or in a non-attention grabbing way. Calling out a student can be embarrassing/harmful to the student & can also disrupt learning. #IM421

Students use devices for so many things especially now with distance learning. Students now rely on devices as a means to complete homework, attend class, communicate with teachers, and learn content. #IM421

One teaching tool that I have seen very often in elementary & secondary classrooms are smart boards. Smart boards are a very useful tool and are capable of many amazing things! #IM421
