Discovered this interview with Eleanor Catton. Writers, listen to the first 5 mins for a hilarious explanation of what reviewers mean by ‘complex’ etc. Also excited to hear Catton was inspired by #JaneAusten ’s Emma AND wrote the screenplay for Emma 2020! podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/syd…

Sitting in my favourite cafe in Bath, listening to the hugely satisfying Legends & Lattes by Travis Baldree, while drinking a chai latte and watching the world go by. Feeling extremely content right now.
What a delightful bedtime story from Louie Stowell with a colourful cast illustrated by Isobel Lundie. I think Bill Bear, Foxy, Sir Bun Bun, Lady Bushytail, Queen Bee and all the understudies and stage crew will fast become firm favourites with younger children, and their carers.
