२००७ साल यताका ७० वर्षमा नेपालका कुनै पनि प्रधानमन्त्रीले पूर्ण कार्यकाल शासन गरेका छैनन्। कहिले आफ्नै मुर्खताले, कहिले दरबारको कारणले, कहिले तुच्छ घरेलु राजनीतिले र कहिले वैदेशिक शक्तिको चलखेलले। प्रधानमन्त्री बदलिँदा पनि धेरैजसो उही पात्र, प्रवृत्ति र भ्रष्टता दोहोरिएका छन्।
