To those painfully mourning loved one, I see you. I am you. May our grief unfold in ways that allows their memory to shake open new possibilities of vulnerability and joy. May their memory continue to be a blessing even as we miss them. #nowancestors

This put me in my feelings.

This life is really about strengthening your ability to be in unconditional love with yourself no matter what. Being black and gay has been such a powerful and beautiful experience to remember this over and over again.

Yesterday is not today. You can make a new choice. Root yourself in today. Love yourself from Today’s realization that each moment was leading to the magnificence you are Today.
