“Above their max potential” .. does this mean it works differently than the +5 cap breakers

Robar Wording wasn't great. The link after the wording explains how Cap Breakers work. They work just like the +5s already in the game. You have to work within your Max Caps that are set by your height/weight/wingspan.

This might be the worst patch, skill gap is gone
