Last Monday we had the privilege of cutting the ribbon on Apex Place Apartments in Forest Hills (Horace Harding Expwy). We are so glad this affordable housing project is completed & fully occupied. Thank you Phipps Houses, FXCollaborative, and Curtis + Ginsberg Architects (C+GA)! #AffordableHousing 🧵
