Definitely learning to embrace it

As a highly sensitive being, be discerning with what you allow in. Be selective with your presence, intentional with your engagement, and mindful of taking needed space. Not every energy deserves attention or access to your reality. Be swift to block out unnecessary intrusion.

I hate to just sit up and discuss problems, let’s talk solutions and move on it, dwelling on the problems only creates more issues.
