Gimana caranya stop penyedot pulsa 3 Indonesia ? Sudah unreg selalu auto register lagi. Dan banyak, tiap layanan menghabiskan sekian ratus sampai seribu rupiah per hari. Satu-satunya jalan cuma beli paket data aja, no pulsa.

No wonder Tokopedia lost its customer-centricity since it was acquired by ByteDance and this is also experienced by sellers, too. Indonesian culture of trust & relationship has been a foundation to its good #CX while also supported by good #EX (employee experience).

Great #CX is an antidote to capitalism and organizational silos. Starting a business with a priority for customer experience would lead to strategic decisions in preventing silos to form and capitalism to develop. Once a business decide to be capitalist, say goodbye to CX!
