You have £7.5M. Do you fund - 80% of the preparatory works for QT's abandonment, or 2 new bridges, 5 refurbished bowstrings, structural repairs and an unearthed tunnel on the Keswick-Threlkeld Railway Path? BOTH have been funded by @HighwaysEngland. One scheme was a waste.
