I get the feeling that most people in my life, and perhaps most outside of the community in general, don't view the lack of research funding, adequate treatment etc for ME as a political issue

Me, & thousands of others in this country, live with a disabling illness that puts us at 6x the risk of suicide compared to the general pop. $0 is allocated to research or improving patient care. Doing something about that would be a good start. #MillionsMissing #pwME
