Absolutely tragic. I don’t wish ill on many people but I do wish consequences on people so thoughtless as to do something like this. Crystal Palace Dinos

Dozer Looked into Heuvelmans’ “Sur La Piste...” and some of its source material for my “Pygmy Elephants” Pygmy Elephants book a few years ago. Astonished how poor Heuvelmans’ work is. Why does any serious investigator still give it the time of day some 50-odd years later?

I saw these photos doing the rounds across social media and couldn’t help but share.  What a beautiful fossil. 🌳🌳🌳 A 72-metre-long petrified tree at the Ban Tak Petrified Forest Park, Thailand, which dates from the Early Pleistocene and is about 800,000 years old.

Earlier this year the poor Megalosaur suffered terrible damage. We're waiting for an estimate of costs and hope to have an update soon. In the meantime, we'd love to give a resounding THANK YOU! to our Friend Dan Neill who set up a fundraiser and raised over £1k! 💚🦖

There’s a narrow ancient alley in my neighborhood leading to dark parts unknown. It has a warning sign. Long ago someone scribbled the word ‘witch!’ next to the entrance...
