Everything is ready to go to release PWS Monitor 4.0 by the end of the week. One difficult decision I had to make was requiring iOS 16. I know this will cut off some older devices, but it solved many problems. The current version will continue to work on older iOS though.

If you run into any problems with the new PWS Monitor 4.0 update, please email me at [email protected] and be sure to include the Station ID you are viewing if the problem is with the weather display part or if it crashes completely. #pwsmonitor

A bug many have reported: Between Noon and 1:00PM, the time is shown as AM instead of PM. I'll get that fixed up before long.

If you like the new version please take a moment to rate it in the App Store. There’s a handy link on the Info screen that will take you right to the rating screen. Thank you all so much for your support over the years!

Oops, Heat Index value is not being displayed when conditions call for it. Wind Chill is working though. It will be fixed in 4.0.1 update.

Argh… looks like chart bottom labels are broken on the new 4.0.3 update on the 1-Day charts. Not sure what happened there. Didn’t see that during testing. I’ll try and get a fix out ASAP.

Looks like some sort of problem with the Min/Max values when configured to view current day charts. Not sure why yet. I’ll try a dig into it soon.

There is a new version 4.0.5 release that should be available in the App Store now that should fix the problem with the Min/Max values.

PWS Monitor 4.1 now available. * If your iPhone Display Zoom was set to Larger Text, some data and chart information was cut off. This should be ok now. * PWS Monitor is back on the Mac! The iPad version will once again run on Apple Silicon based Macs. #pwsmonitor
