It’s Black History Month 2021! Are we ready to ask why the dictionaries still lists the word black as meaning or related to EVIL. THREATENING. UGLY. WICKED. OPPRESSIVE but also leave out words like LUXURY, TIMELESS, CLASSIC?! I’m trying to see something here 👀 🤔

I’ve heard many white folks say - “Where I grew up, we treated everyone equally. We had no concept of race”. It’s time you had an honest conversation with the Black ppl you grew up with to find out how much of your “bliss” came at the expense of their silence and forced smiles!

So... Its alright for an experienced police officer to “panic” in the face of an unarmed civilian BUT a Black civilian panicking while facing fully armed officers often with guns drawn, is unacceptable and consequences fatal?! Trying to see something here 👀 #pulluporshutup
