A friend of mine told me -he changed his Medicare Part D plan to a new Part D company (early because he had the extra state help). So days later, he had to fill his usual opioid medication and the new Part D company restricted him to a 7-day fill !!! Laird Law PLLC Thomas Kline MD, PhD

He had to get a special PRE-AUTH from his Pain Doctor to get the 7-day changed to 30 day.He said it’s a new 2019 Part D rule & is automatic even if you are coded a long term pain patient. The process took days and he ran out of meds and had to go to er Laird Law PLLC Thomas Kline MD, PhD

Is opiate pain medicine no longer the drug of choice as it has been since 3400BC ? my my who made that decision? #opioidcrisis #opioid

Someone thought of great idea – post Google reviews on hosps & docs - x hosp refuses to treat pain patients, dr x no meds post op. #opioidcrisis #opioid

#opioidhysteria #Spoonies #chronicpain #painpatientsvote (1of 2) Trying again, survey to see what % of you have one of the rare painful diseases just pick one although i know many have more than one. To get more in the list without this explanation see (2 of 2) retweet! both

#opioidhysteria #painpatientsvote #chronicdisease #Spoonies @DebHouryCDC update: of those with the painful diseases how many are getting opiate pain relief? please retweet

Hateful activist groups like PROP and other anti-opiate crusaders have a lot to answer for. #FirstDoNoHarm Many doctors refusing care of people prescribed opioids medicalxpress.com/news/2019-08-d…

Five Types of Pharmacy Malpractice: 1. Misfill- wrong drug/ wrong dose 2. Wrong Patient- pt receives another's med 3. Counseling Error 4. Policy and Procedure Malpractice 5. Violation of Patient's Legal and Civil Liberties- refusal to provide service based on protected class

#opioidhysteria #Spoonies talked with five experienced pain physicians representing 120 practice years, 70,000 patients. I asked: “How many of your patients opioids addicted on high dose, lo dose or long term?” All five said - NONE. Believe it or not. It’s genes not the opiate

For some reason the PROP people always forget to mention that some of their most prominent members arguably worked w/ ’opioid maker front-groups’ to promote the use of opiates for ‘chronic noncancer pain’ 🙄#Shameless

Probably good idea to REtweet this my friends to inform ur friends. As you may know CVS has come out to be very anti-opioid (creating their own 7-day rule). AND CVS /partners has their own Medical places and Part D plan called “WellCare”.You may want to avoid all if pain patient.

Well, looks like hate-mongering PROP addiction psychiatrist #AnnaLembke is wrong about CPP exaggerating disability to “take on a sick role” to “pay the bills.” Doc, after sincerely apologizing to every CPP, perhaps take some time to quietly reflect on your own values? 🤔

Laird Law PLLC (@danlairdmd) 's Twitter Profile Photo

My impression is that Stanford University’s Dr. #AnnaLembke has no idea how taxpayer-funded disability benefits are administered. Regrettably, that didn’t stop her from giving a (private) #TedTalk on the topic. 🙄

Most devastating medical event in my 40 years is CDC/PROP fabrication of 90mg maximum dose 4 opiates after FDA rejected 2013. #opioidcrisis #opioid

The sickest hoax cooked up by the anti-opioid crusaders is the one played on the families of deceased overdose victims. Grieving families aren't getting a damn dime from opioid lawsuits. Meanwhile, anti-opioid crusading 'experts' earn up to $500,000 per opioid lawsuit. #NoShame

#opioidhysteria #spoonies Believe it or Not! One our physicians at JATHeducational, Dr. Robert Parangi MD, of NJ has discovered research showing OPIATE PAIN MEDICINE IS ANTI-INFLAMMATORY! I did not know that! ANOTHER INDICATION FOR OPIATES, pain of inflamation Bill Cassidy

Thomas Kline MD, PhD (@thomasklinemd) 's Twitter Profile Photo

#opioidhysteria #spoonies Bill Cassidy helm elomr #chronicpain #painpatientsvote Suicide to end horrible daily pain after being forced off pain medicines is a highly preventable form of suicide. Doctors can support their patients not opiophobic extremists at PROP and CDC

OOOHH Lookie here, now we have lisaling on CNN hinting that benzos “are the next overdose pill”. I feel sorry for all the Mental Patients that need them. First pain Patients then mental patients. Media shows love to feast on the vulnerable.. Laird Law PLLC Thomas Kline MD, PhD

The Pudendal Neuralgia Journey (@pudendalpne) 's Twitter Profile Photo

So lisaling on CNN should stick to “googling p*rn”and leave vulnerable medical patients ALONE !!! Maybe she can google “illegal Fentanyl” and that will give her the answer to why people are overdosing. Benzos are 100% safe when take right Thomas Kline MD, PhD Laird Law PLLC
