Per the story: “According to NHL Stats, since 1927, when the Stanley Cup was competed for solely by NHL teams, there have been 151 players who made their NHL debut in the playoffs.” … I’ll add: One of those players was Ryan Carter and it’s why his name is on the Stanley Cup.
