Every time the PM visits Mumbai, the city magically transforms. Now SoBo is getting a glow-up for the Aqua Line inauguration. Maybe we should invite him once a month, imagine the progress! 😉 Why not the same treatment for citizens?? माझी Mumbai, आपली BMC

Flank road outside GTB rly stn was relaid on 5th Sept. Today, exactly a month later, relaid again because it turned so bad Quality check? Accountability? Or just public money down the drain? Also, what’s the procedure to become a road contractor in Mumbai, asking for a friend!!

2nd visit to the CR promenade for my run. And it has already started 🗑 Waste on the rocks below 👅 Spit marks 💩 Dog poop left behind by pet owners Good infra, desi habits! We definitely need stricter enforcement here, or this place will end up like the rest of Mumbai.

This is just an excuse to kill BEST. With Line 3 opening, routes like A-115 & 137 will be freed up - perfect to use as feeder buses! Why jump to private tie-ups before integrating our own public system first? MumbaiMetro3 BEST Bus Transport Aamchi Mumbai Aamchi BEST

Finally, the day has arrived Aftr 3 years of working in Nariman Point/Churchgate, watching the metro being built, stuck in traffic every day I always dreamed of the day I’d take the metro to CSMT. Thought I’d change my job before it started bt I stayed And finally it’s happening

Do you really think 2 CISF personnel at each entry and just 4 AFC gates are enough for commuters on MumbaiMetro3? Here’s the chaos that unfolded today at Churchgate/CSMT metro stn We waited years for this line, but clearly, crowd mgmt was poor!! Rajendra B. Aklekar मुंबई Matters™🇮🇳

Quirky observation 🚖 Step out of #Dahanu station and you’ll see… no road dividers. Instead, a perfect line of autorickshaws acting as human-made dividers. Only in India! Zilla Parishad Palghar Collector Palghar

Nearly 24k cars use Coastal Rd daily, even if 4 ppl per car, that’s ~1L users. Aqua Line 3 hit 1.5L riders on day 1 with tickets, while Coastal Rd is free. Public transport moves people, not metal. Mumbaikars, ask for metros, not more tunnels. 🚇

One of the easiest projects to decongest Kurla stn - a simple pedestrian/cycling link from Sion/Chunabhatti to BKC, just across the Mithi! But sadly, zero will from MMRDA to promote walking or cycling. 🚶‍♂️🚴‍♀️ MMRDA Devendra Fadnavis #walk2bkc

Need expert advice-how am I supposed to walk on this footpath? In just 50m: 2 banners, 1 dosa stall & 1 newspaper stall - all blocking a 1.5m path 📍Opp. Mumbai Telugu Seva Sangham Hall, Pratiksha Nagar Rd So much fr the “pedestrian first” policy. Where’s my fundamental right?

One key observation 👇 Delhi Metro Rail Corporation names stations as “Station Name – Sponsor”, while Mumbai Metro does “Sponsor – Station Name.” Feels wrong. The area name should always come first - that’s how cities build identity, not brands. #MumbaiMetro #DelhiMetro Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Ltd
