Leo Nedkov is the recipient of the Southern Tennis Foundation/PTR Foundation-VDM Educational Award. Leo is on the tennis team @ Berry College, Georgia & planning to study Exercise Science. He will receive $1000 for the next 4 years as long as he maintains a good GPA.

Ollen Dupree, Jr, (aka Dupree), recently passed away at the age of 81. He was well known to many in the PTR orbit. Dupree began his teaching career in the 90’s, completing his PTR workshop under Dennis Van Der Meer. Dupree will surely be missed with his love of PTR & tennis!

The NYPD Tennis Association held its 1st Annual Blue Shield Classic Doubles Tournament back in March. They brought together 1st responders, their family, friends, & other tennis community organizations for a one-day competition that furthered unity, camaraderie, health & wellness
