#NICEconf23 @JR_MerseyCare asking the question of how do we tell the difference between positive divergence and unwarranted variation in developing excellence in places based commissioning.

Key overarching #NICEconf23 themes for me so far - fostering agility in systems appears key at all levels and related to this, risk tolerance and our perception of scarcity and failure. Feedback mechanism need to stronger - or perhaps better designed - to support this.

#NICEconf23 sustainability session - habit formation seems central our approach around this in terms of closing the gap between guidance and behaviour.
