Appalling experience from Vodafone UK today. Going for upgrade, I went through ID & security & finance checks, payment plan, T&Cs … lots of gaps in between. 1 hr 20 mins later, a missed visitor & missed delivery I heard this phone is no longer available. Tell your staff Vodafone

@Vodafone. BT Openreach gave kindly looked at this and have done what I asked of you – sent in an engineer. He confirms that the fault is the phone, a SOGEA line so VOIP is not working. He said it is the responsibility of Vodafone to deal with it as a matter of urgency
