Been on hold for 3 hours (almost) was on another almost 3 last night waiting to get a refund for a cancelled flight from Southwest Airlines . They cannot get me out until next week to see my family and I cannot travel then. I just want my money back Southwest!!!

Amazingly, after I tweeted this I finally got someone. I did get a refund and the person was very pleasant. I actually feel really bad for the poor customer service people. However, I’m ripping up (virtually) my Rapid Rewards- that’s the last Southwest Airlines flight I will attempt!
