Number one traits as an adult (in my own personal opinion): integrity, perspective, drive/motivation, self awareness, open mindedness, empathy, and resilience in the form of staying true to yourself regardless of those who switch up around you. Lead with love and understanding.

There’s something to be said about the ability to stay the course and not break character regardless of people doing you wrong. Accountability is a rarity and I applaud people who are willing to hear about their short comings and improve themselves without getting defensive.
