FISH.- According to the ICEX, Spain is the largest European fish and preserves producer and exporter, with a turnover of over 25,000 million euros. Among our associates we have producers of seafood, fresh, frozen, salted, smoked and canned fish.

FOOD CANNED.- Spain is in the TOP 5 canned food exporting countries. Tradition, experience and good taste help us to get the best gourmet preserves of fish, seafood and vegetables. Canned fish and seafood preserved in olive oil or sunflower oil, are especially valued.

OLIVE OIL.- Spanish olives and olive oil are recognized worldwide. About 50% of the world's olive oil production comes from Spain, which is also the world's largest exporter of table olives.

MILK AND DERIVATIVES.- Spanish exports of dairy products have increased by 47% in the last 5 years. The production of cheese is particularly noteworthy for its high quality. Eighteen spanish cheeses were awarded a Super Gold 2019 medal.

HONEY.- Spain's natural conditions and climatic characteristics make it one of the countries with the greatest biodiversity in Europe, favouring the production of a multitude of varieties of honey (multifloral, rosemary, orange blossom, chestnut etc.), all of the highest quality.

CEREALS.- PROALIR is associated to the best spanish manufacturers of wheat and other cereal flours and semolas such as corn, rye, barley, spelt or oats. We also have agreements with several manufacturers of processed foods such as biscuits, snacks, pasta or breakfast cereals ...

WINE is one of the hallmarks of Spain, France and Italy, but Spain is winning by a landslide in terms of number of hectares of vineyards harvested. We currently have 969,000 HAS of vineyards, representing 13% of global market, with a production of 7.4 MM tons of grapes per year.

DELICATESSEN – GOURMET. We collaborate with producers who are specialized in offering delicacies, high quality gourmet items such as truffles, paprika, saffron, marron glacé, premium wines or cherries, among others. #gourmet
