Teachers are the most amazing people in the world. Every second of their day is important to our community and our world.

I've been out of schools for 2 years now. Hard to believe. I definitely miss the kids. Curious- What are some of the biggest changes for you, your school, or education in general in the last 2 years?

The best way to increase learning for students isn't repetition or memorization. It's letting their natural curiosity drive them to discover, ask questions, and create.

Schools don't kill creativity, hierarchies do. Policies do. Compliance does. Outdated systems do. Standardized tests do. Report cards do. Ego does. Competition does. Negativity does. Pressure does. Burnout does. One size fits all methods do. Poor leadership does.
