A statement from our Diversity and Inclusion Director Megan Dorantes concerning Black History Month:

Next week our 2 campaign teams for Student Body President will be participating in a friendly debate! Seating capacity is limited to 40 people, so first come first serve! If you are unable to make it in person, WSGA will be live-streaming the event as well.

As this month is Women’s History Month, WSGA would like to take time to recognize women who have made significant impacts in their various fields. Our first two features are Susana Baca and Jane Adam’s, submitted by the Modern Language and Social Work departments!

Voting for WSGA Student Body President starts TOMORROW! Be sure to get your vote in on BodsConnect between March 16-18. Election Announcements will be at 12:15 in the Lower Union; there will be free food and Washburn giveaways!
