The aftermath of anxiety and ptsd when it hits you right as you thought it settled. Yesterday was rather stressful and vindictive. But for a friend to turn around after and act “hey it’s no worries, no stress” like nothing they said didn’t act out as being malicious. Fuck that.

Bullet journaling. It feels nice to be resuming back to it. It’s a helpful tool for a person such as myself who suffers with ptsd and anxiety. It’s something I would highly recommend for others to try out.

Never booking with @FlairAirlines again. Instead of refunding due to departure flight cancelled by airlines changes, Flair only wants to credit back on the cancellation, while charging me 39$ cancellation fee, when I chose insurance for cancellation coverages. Such scam.

Hope all of you are doing well! I’m exhausted, but managing atm. Today was a paramedics session with service dogs. Aspen here being a SDiT, did all right for a first time 🙂. Now to relax and decompress after a long day

So... How's the MW3 Zombies? Does it look promising? Pro's/con's to the game mode? I'd like to know before making a choice whether to purchase the game or not 👀. Let's not compare it to the original zombies that we all know in this topic plz! That will never be replaced.

I hope to be of good example, but please listen to yourself when you feel something’s not right health wise. If I hadn’t walked into the hospital ER tonight, who knows what might of happened. PTSD and Anxiety is no joke if untreated right.
