Just for my request to be closed and said the transaction was successful on the merchant’s end. I don't understand what that means, no mail to explain why I was not refunded. how in the world am I supposed to reach a merchant and say give me back my money my bank said so.

Wema ALAT By Wema Bank bank says they q went to check my address and didn't know where it was so they can't activate my account... They don't use utility bill so I have to wait until they are ready to go and reconfirm my address. I cannot access my money!! Nigeria my country
