Finding USCE has been a real struggle for IMGs these days. If residency programs offered observership, it would not only help the applicants in this struggle but also allow programs to better evaluate the applicants and make a wiser and fair decision on who they should take in.

In medicine, there is a culture or expectation to know everything about all the various diseases. It’s ok as a student, trainee or Attending not to know. Just admit it and look it up. We must normalize not knowing everything! #MedTwitter #MedEd
