हमें centers of excellence का एक व्यापक network बनाना चाहिए हमारी solar energy policy को विकास की समग्रता से देखें, ताकि SDGs की प्राप्ती में इससे ज्यादा से ज्यादा योगदान मिले हमे ISA Secretariat को मज़बूत और professional बनाना चाहिए: PM
