Nikon India Official I am very much worried about the warranty service delay of my 200-500. Handed to Credensor, Kochi on 08 Feb. Sent to Haryana. status as on 31Mar was replacement part rcvd. Today, after 15 days, status is same. I want to escalate this. Pls help

1 /2 Ordered meds on Amazon India pharmacy. Medicines marked delivered but not delivered to me. Susmita from escalation promises to call with resolution at 9am today. Nothing. Called Amazon India 1 hr 5 mins call today. Praful can't resolve issue. Trfrd to Azhar at Pharmacy. 1/2

2/2 Amazon India Azar ask me to wait until 9 pm, then he will provide solution tomorrow. Requested escalation. Azhar replied the escalation call back will take 24 to 48 hours. Going to youtube with the recorded conversation (notified all parties that call being recorded). Pathetic!
