We developed a UAV-based phenotyping platform to measure cotton plant height (PH) using RGB & LiDAR. It accurately predicted PH (R2=0.934 for LiDAR, R2=0.914 for RGB) and identified 34 PH-related genes, including GhPH1 & GhUBP15. Details: doi.org/10.1016/j.plap…
