“Well yeah!” Shazam walked around showing a small circle. “Cool cape, boots, and symbol. I’m a grade A hero man.”

“Bro, I’m the coolest. I was a leaguer for a bit man. Ask Supes or Bats. They’ll vouch me.”

“Shazam and his amazing friends... I like the sound of that.”

“Well... maybe you just don’t know batman like I do still... I appreciate the compliment.” He wouldn’t admit it, but this Superboy seems cool.

“So... your best friend isn’t Robin then. I mean yeah I’m not an idiot. I would assume you’ve met Batman before. You have an S on your chest.”

“Eh I decided to step away for a bit. The league was shaky after the whole war... all of us becoming Gods. Anyways, I left when they decided to downsize. I could reapply, but I’m not looking to rejoin right now.”

“Probably. Didn’t recall seeing leather around back then. Eh not totally lone wolf. But I need to be a better hero before I rejoin the league.”

With one mighty word Shazam was gone and Billy Batson reappeared. It was time for bed.
