This is very cool. During the 150th anniversary expedition of Powell's first exploration we discussed the cartographic artifact of state boundaries a lot. Ironically we manage many resources by watersheds, the line on a map leads to interstate compacts.

The Uinta Basin is beautiful. It’s definitely one of the most overlooked and underutilized sections of river from a recreation standpoint. No permits, stunning county and bountiful wildlife. #rafting #powell150 #greenriver
