Sadly the river was too high for paddling last night. Luckily we have a canal. Amazing how many supermarkets are accessible by kayak!

Rather less wildlife to see on the canal, but lots of other interesting things, including a massive mural of a cat. Still swans though.

After last night's 7km adventure West, I went exploring East tonight. Unfortunately had to turn back after a couple of kms due to ice!

I went for a run, it wasn’t awful, really nice to have a massive common pretty much on the doorstep. We are very lucky with our green spaces in Leamington. (and our waterways, two rivers and a canal)!

I had a great weekend at the Scottish Canoe Polo Open with the Titans. Thanks to the organisers for the great weather and Peak UK for the great prizes. It is a stunning venue, we will be back next year!
