PLSJ is getting Back to Basics this year with a series of programs to help you explore skills for everyday living-starting with finances!

Welcome PLSJ's new board of trustee Tammy Yanssens. She is a retired nurse and returned to Jefferson County to be near family. Ask Tammy what she likes to read and she'll tell you mostly fiction. She listens to audiobooks while driving and working outside.

Thank you Pastaio Cucina for hosting PLSJ's Back to Basics Cooking Class last night at the restaurant. Patrons had a great time learning new knifing skills and how to make marinara sauce. Check out the library's next basic class-cursive writing!
