FUNGUS IN SPACE!!! 🍄🚀 Equal parts cosmic horror and nature being metal, let's talk about the lichen that grew on the OUTSIDE of the International Space Station! Get your tea and curl up, because I PROMISE you wanna hear about these fungal cosmonauts 🧑‍🚀 🧵

I spend a week getting your project to compile, a week getting it to compile with sanitizers, and a week actually hacking it.

I often think fondly of my two main experiences with cryptocurrency: 1. Getting scammed out of my hard earned faucet dogecoin by a TF2 item website that never delivered my item 2. Getting, then immediately selling a few thousand dollars of free lumen through keybase airdrops

From Sound Transit - 🚆 🚈 🚍: The on-demand bike lockers at Capitol Hill Station are being installed this week. If there are no complications then they will be ready for use by next week. Here is a photo of these new lockers. cc jseattle

As we (finally!) get nicer weather, more people are walking and biking throughout Seattle. If you drive, stop for people at crosswalks (marked or unmarked) and yield to people on bikes. The life-altering consequences of a crash aren't worth trying to save a few seconds.

I remember playing with Bard when they FIRST opened up batches to developers and omfg it SUCKED. It wouldn't generate lists well, it had so many hallucinations, and so much garbage. I can't wait to see Gemini boldly state blatant falsehoods like Google has already. #GoogleIO2024

In a past life, I once asked people to not set the state on fire. Since then, I've spent countless hours workshopping and fine-tuning the message. I'm excited to launch v2 here at WSDOT... (deep breath)
