Germany has seen big plant-based shifts the past decade. Since 2011, per capita annual meat consumption has dropped from 138 lbs to 121 lbs (a 12.3% drop). 81% of consumers have reduced or quit meat consumption entirely and 40% now eat plant-based meat every month.
