Regarding the neglected Russian Burans in storage at Baikonur. It should be noted they became stranded there at the breakup of the Soviet Union in 91/92. The ownership of the Baikonur Cosmodrome and it’s out buildings has been murky at best. Hopefully they can be saved soon.
