This type of rhetoric from the media is exactly what is fundamentally wrong with our education system. It’s no longer a profession. It’s seen as a baby sitting service. People forget we create the next generation of doctors, lawyers, police etc. 🤬🤬

Please don’t tell me that #Ofsted has changed. We were inspected late June. I cried at multiple points during the inspection. Our report was published two weeks ago. My headteacher resigned today, and leaves on Monday. #gutted

I think when discussing what is or isn’t replicable or scalable in schools,we need to factor in per pupil funding. Some areas are funded significantly lower by 1000s per pupil which I see when supporting heads nationally. It significantly affects many choices they’re able to make
