It’s been exactly 24hrs since Martin L Vargas & I checked our bags at YVR with United Airlines 2150. One of our bags didn’t arrive at IAH. We know where the bag is, but United Airlines doesn’t listen or simply doesn’t care. We’ve tried the baggage assistance desk, calling and chatting online.
