I decided to grab a Green Tomato out of the Garden and Fry it for breakfast this morning.

Time to make it do what I do this morning. It's an 8 lb. Boston Butt and I am during a fast cook today and shooting for a 5 hour Cook instead of 7 or 8 hours. I just put this on and now I am going to go eat breakfast I also just cooked.
