A coma patient is a sentient person who’s life support doesn’t effect anyone else’s body. A coma patient doesn’t reside inside someone’s body or rely on their organs for nutrients, oxygen & waste disposal. A poor comparison.

With the exception of severe medical circumstances why would anyone abort a fetus at 8mths when it is viable and full term? You would just give birth. At 8mths abortion is giving birth. Your scenario is utterly absurd and an appeal to emotion.
