Very disappointed in Barnes & Noble Virginia Beach not being able to correct their mistake via the phone or virtually. The clerk forgot to apply a buy one get one 50% off deal. Now I have to take 1 hour out of my day to get that addressed in store. Digital transformation, anyone?

Just learned that my former piano teacher Mrs. Marilyn Forman recently passed away. Feels really sad about the loss. She was the piano teacher that taught me as an adult piano learner not just technique but also feeling the music that I played. RIP Mrs. Forman!
