Thank you to Chef Brian of PPX Hospitality and Chef Tyler of Legal Sea Foods who returned to our iCaterBoston Visiting Chef series to teach trainees how to fillet a whole fish. Experiences like this help train people reentering the workforce and provide a pathway to a new career.
