I was glad to meet The EBRD President Odile Renaud-Basso at World Economic Forum to discuss cooperation. EBRD stopped projects in Belarus after Lukashenka unleashed terror against his citizens. But it did not stop helping Belarusians. Excited to welcome the Bank back after democratic changes. #wef2023
