Directv said to get a tech to house would cost us money even though I pay for free home service. They won't offer discount. They basically said too bad too sad. May file with fcc and better business bureau. Need high level att exec to help. I do have lots of followers. Lots all.

Family of John Clayton ATT is the worst. Directv has gone down the tubes since ATT bought it. Plus, they are in business w/ the awful OAN network. Switch providers.
