I wish I could start therapy this week. I waited almost 10 years to start back and now I can get it for free I can really unpack and be on track to becoming a better me.

I try to be out the way and unbothered but somehow certain things are unavoidable and not being able to control situations that’s out of my control makes me super anxious. Like there’s no formula to prevent shit and my mind can’t grasp that.

There’s always that one person that’s not a manager and don’t want the responsibility but always delegating task they don’t want to do. Ugh it’s the 4th why are we sending emails at 6am. Karens man… so annoyed.
